Hi,

Your rash on legs, underarms, under breast seem to be due to fungal infection enhanced due to moist and warm area due to sweat. Anti fungal skin creams (Neosporin H), skin dusting powder (candid) over the counter along with avoiding sweat, use cotton clothes, have frequent showers would help. Consult skin specialist for prescribtion of oral anti-fungal medicine for better results.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
