What Causes Shakes, Swollen Feet, Difficult Swallowing When On Medication For Bipolar?

My friend is taking a medication for bipolar. She is also drinking quite heavy. She now has the shakes, not eating and her feet are quite swollen. When she does eat, she has a hard time swallowing and she ends up throwing up. I am worried about her and I want to know what to do. I don t know the name of the medication. She has been so drunk, she fell in the bathroom and received a concussion. Help!!! She is hiding her drinking now, because she is tired of hearing about us nagging at her.
