For the past three months I have had constant dizziness. I went to a GP who said he thought it was anxiety and to call back if it didn't.get better.I started feeling.better.until this week when I started.feeling like i was dreaming (not feeling like myself). About 20 minutes ago the room started spinning and I started shaking.and my heart was racing. Could this be anxiety?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The dizziness could be due to vertigo, which may be due to the gastric hyper acidity, anxiety which needs a stiggring cause of anxiety, hypertension, diabetes, infection of the sinuses, or internal ear which may have continuous cold, or ischemia of the brain.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ranitidine, and cinnerzine, till the diagnosis is established.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods,to have good health, recovery, and resistance.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
