What Causes Shaking Hands While Holding Things?

Hi doc! my daughter , age 12, hieght 5' and weighing 45 approx, has a problem since her childhood. her left hand trembles/shakes whenever she picks some thing or hold a litle heavy thing even a glass full of water.no body in the family has this problem.besides she is pretty healthy ,active and absolutely normal.plz suggest something
