What Causes Shaking In Legs While Reaching Orgasm Along With Elevated PSA Level?

I m a 52 year old male who is reasonably fit but my last PSA was 13 and I have several chronic conditions for which I take medication. In the last year I my legs have begun to shake or shudder as I am reaching orgasm. I wouldn t describe it a violent but it is dramatic and involuntary.

Hello,

As per my clinical experience, shaking legs while reaching orgasm indicates possible issue with anxiety, nervousness, over exertion if low hemoglobin or other organic causes are ruled out. Elevated PSA indicates possible inflammation or early stage carcinoma prostate which has to be co related with per rectal examination and transrectal ultrasound with or without biopsy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
