What Causes Shaking Of Arms And Head, Burning Eyes And Neck Discomfort?

Hi i'm new here and I joined this site because I do not know what is wrong with me. My arms and head have been shaking since january and I dont know why. the head shaking doesnt go away and if i hold somebody's hand, they tell me they feel a pulse like when you put your finger on your wrist to feel your pulse. My eyes are always burning and they are very very dry. I have sort of a blurred vision sometimes too. I also have discomfort on the back of my neck. In fact, it feels like the back of my head and neck are on fire!

Now I used to spend countless hours a day on the computer or watching TV so maybe that has helped to aggravate the issue. I am only 21 years old as of today (it's my Birthday). Do i need to change my diet? I have a very bad diet as of this time.
