What Causes Shaking Of Hand And Leg With Feeling Of No Power?

I am a woman of 34 years, 1.5metres tall and 55kg. I am married and have 2 daughters, the youngest is 1.5 years. I have a problem with with my right hand and leg. They are shaking and have no power. I hand can't hold anything heavy and my feet can't push. There is also some pain in my ankle and this makes walking a problem. This problem started 2years ago. Please help.
