What Causes Shaking Of Limbs With Startling For Sudden Sounds?

Hello,

For the past 4 weeks, suddenly I have been experiencing a shaky "feeling" in my limbs and have been getting startled easily by sounds (even quiet, but sudden sounds) and sights. I don't get a rapid heartbeat by the startling, I get what feels like a reaction in my head/face. A blunt feeling. Almost like a chemical reaction in my bloodstream. My endocrinologist says all my bloodwork looks normal. I no longer have a thyroid. He says that all my symptoms point have the characteristics of someone with a calcium problem. But I don't fit that either. My ionized calcium was also fine. In addition to that, when a part of me is touched sudedenly (such as if i bump into something) I will feel a reaction in the wrong place, such as a "pins and needles" feeling down my arm or in my face. Any ideas?
