What Causes Shaky, Glassy Looking Eyes With Seizure?

doctor, my husband is having these black out spells, yesterday he was watching our granddaughter play basketball, he was sitting down, our son was there, and he told me his dad's eyes were glassie looking and he was shaking, does this sound like maybe he had a seizure.

Hello
It seems from the history that your husband is having shaky eyes, this is called as nystagmus. Nystagmus can be normal physiological event and it can be seen while watching moving objects. If the nystagmus is present even at rest then it requires evaluation.
Nystagmus in adults can be associated with neurological problems, hence this requires evaluation to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.
Hence I advice you get consultation by a physician or neurologist to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.
