What Causes Shaky Hand, Lightheadedness And Tingling In Head?

Hello, I have shaky hand, I sometimes get very light headed when I stand up quickly, neck stiffness, i feel like I m not myself, and have dark bags under my eyes, tingling usually on the left side of my head/face sometimes on the right side. Any idea what could be wrong?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms may be due to orthostatic hypotension, take care while you stand, do not stand suddenly and in hurry but just take it easy, now for the other symptoms this could be nonspecific, and may be due to some stress conditions, hope this information helps, take care.
