What Causes Shaky Head,numbness In Arms And Sudden Deafness?

I need some advise to help my mom. She's experienced her head shaking (small little constant shaking) for some time, a yr +, but now she's also experiencing numbness & pain in right arm & all fingers in right hand & now she's also telling me that just the other day she couldn't put her bra on. She said her mind was telling her what o do but she couldn't phically do it. She said she waswalking the other day with coffee in her hand & my dad told her twice she was spilling it but she didn't even feel it.
