What Causes Sharp Abdominal Pain After Taking Amoxicillin?

I am having a sharp pain that happens every once awhile. Twice today. I had a scan this week and it is not appendix or pancreas, I did have a UtI and yeast infection. Given amoxicillin for the UTI. Had 4 doses. The pain us like a knife stab and hits me out of nowhere. Any suggestions on what it might be?

donot think about diagnosis main thing is take amoxicillin after food and with vit bcomplex and probiotic. yeast infection requeres anti fungal antibiotic. for uti the treatment should be after getting culture report.
