What Causes Sharp Abdominal Pain Along With Chest Twinges?

Recently my blood sugar test was 7.2 and my doctor has diagnosed me as pre-diabetic. I have decided to bring my blood sugar down through diet, however I am feeling really unwell and get random twinges in the left side of my chest and some unusual sharp pains in my stomach area and not sure what is going on? Am I doing the right thing by bringing my blood sugar down by diet alone or should I start with medication? I get up at night with sudden sharp pains which is quite alarming.

It is due to some sort of gastric infection. Take some antibiotic like norflox-tz or oflox-oz after an expert opinion along with meftal-spaz or cyclopam for the abdominal cramps. Take cap rekool-d or omez-d empty stomach for gastric upset. Drink plenty of oral fluids to maintain the hydration of your body.
