What Causes Sharp Abdominal Pain And Testicular Pain While Masturbating?

Hello doctors the question is pretty nasty....yesterday at night i was getting excited and was watching p movies ...and simultaneously rough handling my penis...but i didnt masturbated to a complete ...during the process i started feeling pain in lower abdomen and testicles like they being hit by a ball....i laid down but that didnt heealed them...then i went for urination and found pain escalating to a high limit ...a blindness ...then i found myself on the floor of bathroom ..feeling light and relieved ....pain was less from then..but size of left testicle has increased and a slight abnormal feeling is still there on left lower abdomen...and touching left testicle is a bit different now....situation is getting better....but i am horrified by yesterdays events at night....please give suggestion...
