Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
Pain in stomach around can be due to kidney stones, appendicitis or gas in intestine.
You have not mentioned any other symptoms like fever, any relation of pain to urination or defecation, vomiting, diarrhoea, etc. You have also not mentioned the type of pain like is it burning, stabbing or colicky?
In absence of any other symptoms, it looks more likely due to gas in intestine. You should take anti spasmodic like dicyclomine which will help relieve the spasm and allow the passage of gas.
Hope this will be helpful.
Thanks for your question.
Take care.
