What Causes Sharp Ache Near Ribs While Breathing, Abdominal Pain And Rectal Bleeding?

Hello. I am a 28 year old female, and I have been experiencing the following symptoms for a while now: -Near constant dull ache directly under my right bottom rib, but frequent sharp stabbing pains that make it hard to breathe. Much worse when Im sitting. -Abdominal aches and kind of a crampy feeling, possibly just gas.... -Im always tired. I ve had sharp stomach pains and intermittent rectal bleeding for several years, but lately both have become much more pronounced. I don t know if any of this is related. Could you help me shed some light on this?
