What Causes Sharp Ankle Pain Despite Taking Ibuprofen And Tramadol?

I was exercising on an elliptical machine and started to experience pain in my ankle. Now I have sharp shooting pain in my ankle. I took 800mg Ibuprofen and 50mg Tramadol and it still hurts. I don t know if I should go to the Urgent Care clinic or just ice it.

any history of trauma or fracture and torn ligament. take x-ray of ankle joint and use ankle cap. after investigation take medicine on doctors advise.
