What Causes Sharp Chest Pain Long After A Hysterectomy?

I am getting sharp quick pains in my chest, and behind my breasts. I am 57, have had a hysterectomy for a benign growth 10 years ago, still have ovaries, still having terrible night flushes. Pulsating in my abdomen, just had my aorta checked -ok- family history, female( GRANDMA) and male ( FATHER) High cholesterol. Simvatatin 40 mgs nocte, BP border line. recent 24 hr tape- no meds

Chest pain is not likely to be associated with hysterectomy. Chest pain can occur due to cardiac cause, respiratory cause, muscular cause or pleural cause. I suggest you to consult your cardiologist for clinical assessment and thus management.
