Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can have gastritis or acid reflux problem and it can lead referred pain in chest. For that antacid like Pantoprazole can be prescribed. Avoid excess spicy foods. Head elevated while sleeping. Your posterior pharynx should be examined to check if any inflammation present. Check your CBC as well. Consult physician for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
