What Causes Sharp Chest Pain,breathlessness And Heart Palpitations?

Hi, I have been having bad chest pains lately (it is like a sharp pain at the bottom part of my heart), I would also feel short of breath. This would often be accomponied by arrythmias or (and especially) heart palpitations. At first I thought it was just stress, but lately I have been feeling tired constently, I am also pale & nauteous & have head aches. Being only 18 I love sports! But the past week I litterally felt to weak to play. My heart would also get really sore. I am now ons iron defficiency pills. I completed my first warrior race today and am very happy to report that I had no discomfort in my heart as before whatsoever, BUT I am still constantly tired & feel physically weak. My muscles are like numb? Also, I can t help but notice this weird numb-like feeling in my left side chest? Should I be worried? Or am I just being paranoid?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to stress, anxiety, depression, but still symptoms need to be differentiated with heart disease and it is advisable to get done the EKG for safe side, till then try to control your impulse, be positive, just relax, no need to be over conscious, have some rest till you get done the EKG, hope this information helps, take care.
