Hello,

Lower right pelvic area pain is commonly due to UTI, PID, Appendicitis or endometriosis, etc. Get Urinalysis (R/E, C/S), CBC, Stool test & required imaging tests done. Get clinically assessed & treated (medicines or surgery) at the earliest depending on the severity of the pathology detected & their clinical conditions. You may need antibiotics. You can take antacids, PPI's & spasmol, one sos when needed for relieve.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
