What Causes Sharp Groin Pain Despite Having Endometriosis Lump?

I have groin pain on my right that feels like it s pinching a nerve the socket cracks and clicks and hurts if I drop that leg out to the side. I m a 44 year old female with an endrometriosis lump about the size of an egg on my rectus muscle and pelvic bone since a c section can this be the cause of my groin pain

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, if it's giving compression symptoms on sorrounding structures, it may need to be treated surgically however fresh ultrasound pelvis or CT scan pelvis may be needed and gynecologist review is recommended. Meanwhile OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen along with anti spasmodic like drotavarine can be helpful.
