Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may be suffering from acute rhinitis, pharyngitis or bronchitis. Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is.

Avoid cold drinks, freeze water, smoking, and caffeine drinks. Use water vapor inhalation and do salt water gargle thrice a day for five days.

Use expectorant after food for five days. If symptoms not improved, then please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
