What Causes Sharp Headache In Left Temple And Neck Pain After Alcohol Intake?
Hi,I am prescribed Luvox, Adderall (as needed) , Zubsolv, Klonopin, and Amiltryptiline (as needed) and when I have a very rare occasional drink I instantly receive a sharp piercing headache in the left temple region, along with left neck pain and left throat pain. What could this be?

As per my clinical experience, the sharp headache with neck pain after alcohol intake do represent flare of possible migraine condition without aura. In my clinic, I do recommend thorough clinical examination of throat and supportive therapy based on those findings.
