General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The headache can be related migraine.
I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the headache.
It is a safe medication during pregnancy.
I also suggest massage and avoid factors that can trigger the symptoms.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
