What Causes Sharp Knee And Muscle Pain?

I had a meniscus tear about 5 years ago. I had it repaired and have been doing great since. I got up from bed last night starting walking and all of a sudden sharp pain in the back of my knee. Feels like it is all in the muscle. and feels very tight. What can it be?
