What Causes Sharp Lower Abdominal Pain Despite Taking Advil?

my daughter have a sharp pain on the lower right side of her abdomen. what can cause this? she already took some advil and no help. she is not constipated, nausea, she did mentioned she vomited twice last night but at that time no abdominal pain. this pain has been for at least 1-1/2hr.

As first-line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound scan.
