Hello dear Greetings
Following your sharp pain at your right Lower abdomen during consumption of mirena is due to spasm the intestinal muscles.
Meanwhile there are other possible causes around that region they include :
Appendicitis
Ovarian cyst
Acute salpingitis
In view of this please do an abdominal scan to rule out this causes
Please take buscopan or tablet Nospa
