What Causes Sharp Pain Across Chest To Arms After Falling On Chest?
My son fell on the playground onto his chest, he complained of a sharp shock type pain across his chest down his arms when the insident happened, now he is complaining of a steady dull pain, he has no visible marks on his chest. Do you think he may have injured anything?

actually falling from height can cause rib fractures in youngsters .
for now you can give some pain killers .
best way to rule out any organic disorder or fracture is get a chest ray and consult a pulmonologist
