What Causes Sharp Pain And Spot Of Blood In Pregnancy?

Hi, Im 37 weeks and 4 days pregnant, for the last week or so iv been getting a really sore back that comes and goes also with that I have been getting Period pains. On Saturday night I had spotting of blood, also I keep getting sharp pains and pressure in my lower abdomen, I was wondering what it could mean? Thanks

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion as you are term you might be getting the labour pains .So I would suggest
you to consult your doctor and get an examination done .Dont worry its normal at term.Relax.All the best.
