What Causes Sharp Pain And Swelling In Testicle Radiating Towards Scrotum?

Well it started yeaterday morning. I woke up and had a slight pain in my nuts. Through out the rest of the day the pain only continued to get worse. All the pain has moved completely to my right nut and has become extremely sensitive to any kind of touch. It has a little bit of swelling in it and now a very sharp pain has developed over my scrotum and into my entire right side and into my lower back. Whqt tha hell is goin on. Its horrible.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having acute Orchitis or acute epididimo-orchitis giving rise swelling and severe pain on the part.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
