What Causes Sharp Pain And Vaginal Bleeding?

I'm 18 and found out last month on the 26th that I had chlamydia. So I took medicine for it and for about 3 weeks I have been bleeding from my vagina and it hurts and I have really sharp pains as if its going inside of me. When I pee it doesn't hurt, but when i wipe it does. I don't know what it means. Or what to do. I need help.
