What Causes Sharp Pain Around Anus Along With White Tissue Rectal Discharge?

I've been having a sharp pain on the outside of my anus for about 5 days now. It usually comes and goes but it always hurts. Recently, I was wiping and noticed pinkish blood on the paper. Lastly, just today I took a poop and there was this white stuff on the outside of my poop. It looked like the white stuff was solid but it also kind of looked like tissue in some areas. What is going on?
