General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

There is a possibility that your headache may come from neck spinal cord issues. Probably a pinched nerve or a herniated disc or spondyloarthrosis may cause it. You may need to do an x-ray of the spine.
Put warm and cold compresses alternating them often.
Use anti-inflammatory drugs such Advil or acetaminophen for pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
