What Causes Sharp Pain At The Base Of Neck Radiating To The Head?

I have sharp neck pain that starts at the base and seem to shoot up toward the base of my head. It lasts for only few seconds. On a scale of 1 to 10, it s about 5. Sometimes, I get it a couple of times a day and sometimes, once every couple of seeks. Is it anything to worry about?

nothing to worry as such ... if the pain is severe then check for ur position of ur neck and head while working and sleeping ,,,
