What Causes Sharp Pain At The Bottom Of The Lungs?

Before going to sleep last night, I began having sharp pain in the bottom back of my left lung. A nodule was seen June 2016 in my left lung. I ve had a cough since Oct., 22. Seems only when I lie on my stomach, do I get relief. I am not congested, no fever, nothing hurts to touch.

As you explained the history, no, I don't think this is related to the nodule. It seems like a viral infection and it will pass soon.
