What Causes Sharp Pain From Lump Behind Upper Thigh?

I have sharp pains in my upper back thigh. In that spot is a small lump and a blue vein. The rest of my leg gets hot burning /tingling off and on. Could this be a blood clot? I have been quite inactive due to vascular issues and since having coils put in blood vessels in vaginal wall due to vaginal hemangioma.

I really appreciate your concern, such pain and swelling could be due to lymph node swelling and this may not be blood clot but this could be infection and same would be for vaginal condition, it may not be hemangioma, better to get it confirm, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
