General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

It could be due to spasmodic stomach pain due to sudden blunt hit over the abdomen.

You can take some pain killers (diclofenac) and antispasmodics (dicyclomine) with antacids available over the counter.

However you are advised to undergo routine blood tests with abdominal ultrasound to rule out any chance of injury to internal structure of abdomen and to be in safer side.

You should see some local physician for complete evaluation.

Regards,
