What Causes Sharp Pain In Abdomen And Tightness In Chest?

I have a sharp pain on my lower right side back, under rib cage. I am breathing fine I think it may be something pulled, but it is a sharp pain when I move. I have noticed the pain and frequency increasing since last Thursday. Now it hurts each time I move, whereas at first it was infrequent spasms.

pain on movement is suggestive of inflammatory etiology may be due to muscle pull
if you can upload me complete medical history I will be able to guide you better
You can take ibuprofen for pain and apply hot packs for symptomatic relief
if it persists or worsens please consult your doctor for examination and an X ray
