What Causes Sharp Pain In Back And Neck While Suffering From Mild Arthritis?

I m a male 58 good health, minor arthritis, 6 2, 210lbs I have been working hard getting a big yard ready for child graduate. I have a sharp pain that comes and goes in the back of my left year in the neck region. I feel normal otherwise. Could this be related to muscle-stress or something else like a stroke.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
i need to know some details to guide you better.
1. are you taking any treatment for arthritis??
2. which joints are already involved??
3. are experiencing the pain during work or at rest??
4. is your pain radiate anywhere e.g in arm??
After that you should go for x-ray cervical spine. it can be muscular pain or spine involvement.
hope so it will be helpful. you can write again with details and x-ray report or for any query.
Regards
I find this answer helpful
