What Causes Sharp Pain In Belly Button And Vagina?

I just got a sharp pain....In my belly button that went down to my vagina. The only way I can describe it is that it felt like something is pulling on my belly button and trying to push it out my vagina. I am not pregnant cause I am on my period. What is going on and should I go to the ER?

OBGYN 's  Response
Hi,

In my opinion, your symptoms can be due to either some digestive system upset or gynecological problem like pelvic infection or endometriosis.

Please get USG report done.
I will suggest Use of antispasmodic like Tablet Meftal Spas as needed for abdominal pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purushottam Neurgaonkar, OBGYN
