What Causes Sharp Pain In Bottom Of Feet And Dizziness?

I have terrible knees so I do have a lot of trouble getting around. However lately I ve been having very sharp pains in the bottom of my feet. I feel very weak at times or dizzy. The other day I had to get up early to drive for two hours. For the first hour I had so much trouble staying awake. I stopped and bought some m&ms and immediately felt better and awake. I also crave candy and drink a lot of water. Sometimes I just don t feel right.
