What Causes Sharp Pain In Chest And Back On Inhaling Deeply?

Hi, my lungs really hurt in my back with sharp pains when I breathe, More so in the right side. My symptoms started with indigestion and pain the radiated around my ribs to my back two days ago. I had chills last night when I wen to bed but I recently had a hysterectomy (July 11th) and have been having hot flashes on and off while taking hormone patches. Should I worry about clots this long afterwards?

Hi, If I were your treating Doctor for this case of chest pain I would consider lung conditions only like pleural fibrosis or basal atelectasis of the lower portion of right lung could be due to anesthesia during surgery especially if it was general anesthesia! That time you could have some infection too leading to adhesion of the pleura..

Chest X-ray or CT scan could reveal it better!
