What Causes Sharp Pain In Chest And While Taking Deep Breath?

Hi, I m 41 very fit, no family history chest problems. I have had a sharp stitch like pain around my heart over last few weeks, was happening once a week lasting up to ten min, then about 3 times a week, and now daily. Today I have experienced a much longer episode (nearly an hours worth), breathing in deeply makes it worse and pain was going into the collar bone on heart side. The stitch got quite bad but is now just a dull ache. I have had an aspirin just incase.

are you diabetcic or hypertensive that can be co morbids you should go and vist a doc and getc ecg done whch wil male you 100% sure also you can take some ppi it can be gastric as wel ....also take healthy and regular diet and drink water
