What Causes Sharp Pain In Chest, Arm And Fingers After PICC Line Insertion?

I have a PICC line inserted in my left arm. I've had it for the past 5 weeks now and on occasion while I get my antibiotics, i feel a sharp pain in my chest and now I'm having pain going down my left arm ending at my left index finger. Should I worry?
