What Causes Sharp Pain In Chest While Deep Breathing And Sneezing?

I m a 19 year old female, I don t smoke or do any drugs, physical activity is almost nonexistent. Whenever I laugh, sneeze, cough or take deep breaths, I get these sharp parts on the right side of my chest near my shoulder and under my collar bone. It s been happening for a couple days now and I thought it d go away on its own but the pain doesn t increase or decrease. I m very confused, please help!

No need to confuse yourself. It's the lethargy that has made your lungs' inhaling capacity to minimum.

If you are honest to yourself, start doing little walks. Also start deep breathing exercises ( Pranayam) starting from 5 minutes, then increasing to 30 minutes. Increase 1 minute a day.

After deep breathing and walks...(.increase to 45 minute walk in a month)....sip hot water in which holy basil leaves ( Tulasi) are boiled. 10-12 leaves to a litre of water. Drink when remains at least half. Cool to tolerable temp. May take green tea too.

It will improve without medicine. If Hb is lesser eat leafy greens.

Hope it helps you.
