What Causes Sharp Pain In Ear After Having Root Canal?
I had two root canals last week. When the first injection was made near the TM joint for the molar work a sharp pain ran into my Right ear and has been noticable since. I assume this will gradually dissapear. But for now it is QUITE uncomfortable. Was a nerve compromised?
thanks for your query. i have gone through your query. the pain in the ear region could be the pain originating at the site of injection. this pain will disappear in 1 week to 10 days. you can take just analgesics and do saline gargling. i hope my answer will help you. take care
