What Causes Sharp Pain In Groin Radiating Towards Abdomen?

I had pain in my groin just after dinner tonight , lasted 10 to 15 minutes. At times sharp, at times more radiating. Center of pain was just to the right of center of body. Has been 2.5 hours since pain left. Going about normal activities pain free. Is this a kidney stone?

Welcome to hcm,
Sharp pain in groin radiating to abdomen could be due to renal or uretric calculi or urinary tract infection also. If the stone is very small it may be passed, but if it's large then it may cause obstruction leading to recurrent urinary tract infection. Get one ultrasound done to rule out calculi. Meanwhile drink plenty of fluids.
