What Causes Sharp Pain In Head, Dizziness, Slight Memory Loss With Slurred Speech?

over the past month i have had increasing syptoms of sharp pains in the upper front portion of my head, dizziness when I wake up, some slight memory loss, of not remebering what I was going to say and a little slurred speech. i am 21 and have had two seizures in th past but I was very young.
