What Causes Sharp Pain In Hip Area?

Hello, when i woak up this morning i had a sharp stabbing pain above my left hip toward the front. i felt like i had to throw up then poo but nothing wound come out. i got really light headed and my feet just about went numb. now it comes in waves and breathing can hurt if i breath in too deep. what could this be?
